  1.     This is my HP DeskJet configuration for my system, 1 meg ST, Hard 
  2. drive. Please read the file FS_DJET.TXT in this library. It's file
  3. #9666. In that file, it tells you the procedure for copying the proper
  4. files. Once those files are transfered, copy the file included in this
  5. archive called DJET_300.DEF into the \DEF\ folder.
  6.  Here's a summary of this configuration:
  7.  
  8. o    The System Fonts and Output Drivers are properly setup to print 
  9.      all 18 SYSTEM FONTS.
  10.  
  11. o    Output is to the printer port. 
  12.  
  13. o    The default output printer is the HP/QMS800.
  14.  
  15. o    The IMAGE FILE output to disk at a resolution of 300 dpi. 
  16.  
  17.    Run the INSTALL.PRG to install DJET_300.DEF. Then, run the SET 
  18. DEFAULT option under the FILE drop down menu. Click on OK. Then, go into
  19. the SYSTEM FONTS... option under the FILE drop down menu. Change only 
  20. the directory line to reflect what drive or folders you put the system 
  21. fonts (*.FNT) and width information (*.WID). *DO NOT CHANGE* the text 
  22. button ending with a right hand arrow. Also *DO NOT CHANGE* any of the 
  23. font or width information in the OUTPUT DRIVER... setup. If you 
  24. inadvertently change what you're not supposed to, just click on CANCEL 
  25. and try again.

  27. This .DEF file's current default font and font width directory
  28. configuration is:

  30.    F:\FLEET\FNT\*.FNT   
  31.    F:\FLEET\HPWID\*.WID
